The entire area surrounding the home is landscaped in mature perennial plants which provide a constant blooming environment from spring through fall. Azalea, Rhododendron, Clematis, Wisteria, Dahlia, Dogwood and Lilacs are just a few of the plant varieties. There is a small easily maintained lawn adjacent to the pond at the ground level. An adjacent fruit orchard, herb garden and chicken hotel are within visible distance. Additional personal gardens are provided for each home site at the pavilion.
